De integratie omvatte het verifi\u00ebren van de structurele integriteit van het originele A-frame, het herhalen van de sterkteberekeningen voor de gemodificeerde A-frame en het controleren van extra belastinggevallen die door de klant waren gevraagd. De omvang van de analyse was beperkt tot sterkteverificaties, er waren geen structurele wijzigingen nodig. Om het bovenstaande te voltooien werden de volgende controles uitgevoerd:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spatzone checks<\/li>\n<li>Kabelbreuk belasting<\/li>\n<li>Toegevoegde massa op CBT (cable burial tool)<\/li>\n<li>Uitlijningsfout hydraulische cilinders (30mm)<\/li>\n<li>Knik verificatie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;dg-padding&#8211;small-top&#8221;]<strong>Op maat gemaakt ontwerp<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het A-frame is op de hartlijn aan de achterzijde van het schip geplaatst, een speciale fundatie is ontworpen en de sterkte ervan is geverifieerd. Na voltooiing van het ontwerp werd een set constructietekeningen opgeleverd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Het werkpakket voor dit deel bestond uit de volgende onderdelen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ontwerp en structurele verificatie van de fundatie<\/li>\n<li>Structurele verificatie van de lokale scheepsconstructie<\/li>\n<li>Constructietekeningen van de A-frame fundatie<\/li>\n<li>Aanleveren van plannen voor klasse goedkeuring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;dg_triangle_inner_content dg-padding&#8211;small&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8648&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;8647&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<strong>Verschansing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om de veiligheid en de werkbaarheid op het achterdek te verbeteren, is het schip uitgerust met een verschansing langs de zijkanten en gedeeltelijk op het achterschip. De verschansing is zodanig ontworpen dat er voldoende openingen zijn om af te meren en spuigaten waar nodig.
