Transport cradles - Moonen Bn.189 |

February 2007, Saltwater Engineering was contracted to deliver a structural engineering package in the form of 5 transport cradles for Moonen Shipyards in ’s Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
Also the general load out/in plans as well as the positioning of the cradles at the Moonen yard were determined. After receipt of all required information Saltwater Engineering started to develop the cradles in their finitive element package SCIA ESA PT.
After confirmation that the constructional concept was strong enough the drafting work was started. In Autocad, the standard drawinghead and levels were used to create unity and conformity in each and every drawing which is produced. The entire drawing package and structural analysis report were all delivered on schedule.
